Summary:

The Facilities Manager serves as the primary lead for facilities operations across the North Houston Workforce Centers (WFCs), ensuring vendor procurement, contract compliance, invoicing, and site requests are managed timely and accurately. This role oversees all facility-related needs, including leases, vendor services, safety, and operational readiness, while maintaining strong coordination with brokers, landlords, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage vendor procurement, contracts, invoicing, and compliance documentation for North Houston WFCs.

Track and approve facilities requests from all North Houston locations, ensuring timely resolution and operational readiness.

Serve as liaison with brokers, landlords, and vendors to ensure compliance with lease terms and organizational standards.

Oversee facilities budgets and ensure procurement files and payments are tracked and audit-ready.

Ensure facility operations meet organizational and TWC requirements for safety and compliance.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, facilities management, or related field.

5+ years of progressive experience in facilities operations, vendor procurement, or contract management.

Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and compliance documentation.

Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
