Summary: Oversee day-to-day service delivery, staff supervision, and alignment with HGCY program goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise contractor staff delivering HGCY services.

• Ensure services meet performance targets and contractual requirements.

• Act as the primary liaison with Workforce Solutions staff.

• Manage budget, staffing, and resources.

• Lead continuous improvement and staff development efforts.

Purpose: Provide overall leadership, ensure compliance, and serve as the point of contact with Workforce Solutions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in workforce development, education, social services, or related field (experience may substitute).

• 3+ years in program management, contract management, or workforce development.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong knowledge of WIOA Youth requirements and performance measures.

• Staff supervision experience.

• Excellent communication and partnership-building skills.

• Critical thinking and execution.

• Workflow development.

• Data management and analysis.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must possess and provide a valid Texas Driver’s License and Automobile Liability Insurance as required by the State of Texas.
• Must have access to reliable transportation in order to travel within service area.

• PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing duties of the job, employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; for long periods of time. Employee must be able to drive for extended periods of time. Employees must occasionally lift and /or move up to 25 pounds, must be able to set up display area.
• WORK ENVIRONMENT: Fast-paced, demanding both, physically and mentally, and in constant communication.
