Data Management Office (DMO)

Summary:

The DMO Manager provides leadership and oversight for SERCO’s North Houston Workforce Centers data integrity, quality assurance, performance tracking, and eligibility functions. This role ensures compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements while overseeing staff responsible for data entry, reporting, monitoring, and corrective action follow-up. The DMO Manager is responsible for ensuring timely payroll completion, accurate reporting, and the effective execution of all data management and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise data management teams in the North Houston WFCs handling eligibility, data entry, quality assurance, and performance tracking.

Ensure data integrity and compliance with Workforce Solutions and TWC standards.

Oversee case file reviews, corrective action follow-up, and compliance monitoring.

Consolidate reports for leadership and external stakeholders.

Monitor staff performance and ensure payroll is submitted timely and accurately.

Serve as point of escalation for operational or compliance issues.

Align North Houston data operations with organizational goals and reporting requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, data management, or related field.

Master’s degree preferred.

5+ years of progressive experience in data management, compliance, or workforce development.

3+ years in a supervisory or management role.

Strong analytical skills with knowledge of performance data systems.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data systems.
