Position Summary
The Performance Tracking Specialist supports Workforce Solutions operations by ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of program data across all service lines. This role plays a critical part in maintaining compliance, generating performance insights, and supporting data-informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, review, and validate customer records, case notes, and service data in internal systems.
- Perform cross-system audits to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Develop and run system queries to support program operations and performance tracking.
- Generate data reports and dashboards to support internal reviews and program analysis.
- Support compliance monitoring efforts by preparing documentation and assisting with corrective actions.
- Collaborate with program and operations teams to improve data collection processes and protocols.
- Ensure data governance standards are upheld in alignment with board and regulatory requirements.
- Leverage technology tools to streamline documentation, reduce errors, and improve reporting efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, information systems, data management, or a related field; OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in data entry, reporting, auditing, or performance tracking.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
- Ability to analyze information, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to confidentiality, compliance, and data integrity.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must possess and provide a valid Texas Driver’s License and Automobile Liability Insurance as required by the State of Texas.
- Must have access to reliable transportation in order to travel within service area.

- PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing duties of the job, employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; for long periods of time. Employee must be able to drive for extended periods of time. Employees must occasionally lift and /or move up to 25 pounds, must be able to set up display area.
- WORK ENVIRONMENT: Fast-paced, demanding both, physically and mentally, and in constant communication.
